Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

At Haywire Grillhouse, we take pride in crafting custom outdoor kitchens tailored to your unique specifications.  Due to the personalized nature of each Grillhouse, we do not offer returns or exchanges once production begins.  Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order and Payment Terms

​

Each Haywire Grillhouse is built to order, with a 50% down payment required at the time of purchase and the remaining 50% due upon delivery.  To provide flexibility, we offer a 3-day grace period after your initial down payment, during which you may cancel your order. If you choose to cancel within this period, your down payment will be refunded, minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative costs.  Cancellations after the 3-day grace period are not eligible for refunds, as production will have begun on your custom Grillhouse.

Why No Returns or Exchanges?

​

Every Grillhouse is handcrafted to your chosen specifications, including cooking stations, cabinetry, and optional entertainment upgrades.  This bespoke process means we cannot resell or repurpose a completed unit, which is why returns and exchanges are not available.
